The Board
The Color Foundation has a board that is responsible for managing the assets. The board consists of a chairman, a secretary/treasurer, and a member of the board of directors.
Under the responsibility of the board, the following activities are carried out:
– Initiating and overseeing projects;
– Selecting purposes for donations not specified by donors;
– Being accountable to the donors.
The board meets at least twice a year for a board meeting. Minutes are kept of these meetings.
Board members do not receive compensation for their board activities.
Compensation Policy
Our board members serve on a voluntary basis and do not receive any salary or reimbursement of expenses and/or attendance fees for their work for the foundation. We allocate the entire donation to direct assistance, and we implement a careful and considered financial policy with awareness of underprivileged children and women in need. A finance committee has been formed to oversee our finances.
